We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. The item must be returned with original packaging and all accessories (if any).

We have a strict no refund policy. Once a product is purchased, no cash or bank refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Exchange Policy
- Eligible returned items can only be exchanged for another product of equal value.
- If the new product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
4. No Return on Sale Items
Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/video). We will review and provide a replacement if valid.
6. Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
